Canal to a purifioation plant construoted near Salt Creek at <br /> <br /> <br />elevation 5.045. A 4.000 aore-foot reservoir would be oonstructed on Salt <br /> <br />Creek to take oare of peakdemsnds and emergeneies in the munieipal system. <br /> <br />The vrater 'lieuld be oonveyed by 2-32 inoh steel pipe lines to the city stand- <br /> <br />toner at elevation 4,920. The regulating reservoir is a shallow reservoir <br /> <br />originally surveyed by the Colorado Fuel and Iron Corporation and is known <br />as St. Charles Reservoir #4. <br />
