The most recent utility wheeling offers available are applied to the load and

resource, data made available by the Bureau of Reclamation. and amortization. opera-

tion and maintenance. and replacement costs associated with the two alternate systems

are all tabulated in Tables II and III to show annual revenue requirements for the

respective systems. A comparison of the utilities' proposed combined system costs

with the all-federal system costs is shown in Table I below, and the supporting

data are contained in the appendix of this report. This comparison of revenue

requirements for the two systems shows that the utilities' combined system is

$492 million more costly over the 100-year study period.
