Christy observed that <br />the activities under the Northern Colorado Conservancy District are unlike ours, <br />but felt that the Records would be helpful as guides. Attorney Beise suggested that <br />this matter deserved intensive consideration at another meeting when more time is <br />available. <br /> <br />.. ~ <br /> <br />MANAGER'S REPORT: Thomson suggested that in his opinion, the only item which <br />remained to complete the building, under the Building Program. is the landscaping <br />of th~ front of the building, He stated he had obtained an estimate of $],191. 21 to <br />complete this program. After general discussion. Mr. Young moved. seconded by <br />Everett that we complete the landscaping in the front of the building at the amount <br />suggested. Motion unanimously carried. Mr. Young also observed that we should <br />look into the possibility of installing at least one, and possibly two. urinals. Mr. <br />Thomson called the Board's attention to his printed report of activities. <br /> <br />COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION REPORT: Frank Bell reported that the Board <br />of Directors of the CWCB had voted unanimously to hold their next meeting in Canon <br />City. May 12 and 13. Thomson reported that he will work with James Ogilvie in <br />developing a Tour of the Pueblo Reservoir for the afternoon of the 13th. <br /> <br />Mr. C. Q. Foster. President, Water District #10. in Fountain~ thanked the members <br />of the Board for affording him the opportunity to visit their meeting. and complimented <br />them on the depth of discussion on many inportant items. He requested copies of the <br />minutes, and other items of all meetings. in order that he might keep his members <br />more informed of the vast number of water matters considered by the Board. A dis- <br />cussion was had regarding the disposition of minutes. and Attorney Beige suggested <br />that the Board empower the General Manager to furnish minutes to Presidents or <br />Secretarys of each Water District. upon their request. <br /> <br />There being nothing further to come before the meeting. it was regularly adjourned <br />at 4:15 p,m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Charles L.
