this matter will be heavily involved in Water Pollution Commission Hearings to be
held in Pueblo, April 19, Young suggested that the memhers of the Board should
take great interest in these Water Pollution Hearings~ because they will have a
great bearing on the work of this District in the future.

PROJECT WATER ALLOCATION: Manager Thomson stated that on March I, 1967,
President Nichols and he met with Officials of the Northern Colorado Water Conser-
vancy District to discuss how they went about setting up their Water Allocation Pro-
gram, and obtained copies of their Records, Contracts, and other items which will
be of service in setting up our Water Allocation Program. Christy observed that
the activities under the Northern Colorado Conservancy District are unlike ours,
but felt that the Records would be helpful as guides. Attorney Beise suggested that
this matter deserved intensive consideration at another meeting when more time is
available.

MANAGER'S REPORT: Thomson suggested that in his opinion, the only item which
remained to complete the building, under the Building Program. is the landscaping
of th~ front of the building, He stated he had obtained an estimate of $],191. 21 to
complete this program. After general discussion. Mr. Young moved. seconded by
Everett that we complete the landscaping in the front of the building at the amount
suggested. Motion unanimously carried. Mr. Young also observed that we should
look into the possibility of installing at least one, and possibly two. urinals. Mr.
Thomson called the Board's attention to his printed report of activities.

COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION REPORT: Frank Bell reported that the Board
of Directors of the CWCB had voted unanimously to hold their next meeting in Canon
City. May 12 and 13. Thomson reported that he will work with James Ogilvie in
developing a Tour of the Pueblo Reservoir for the afternoon of the 13th.

Mr. C. Q. Foster. President, Water District #10. in Fountain~ thanked the members
of the Board for affording him the opportunity to visit their meeting. and complimented
them on the depth of discussion on many inportant items. He requested copies of the
minutes, and other items of all meetings. in order that he might keep his members
more informed of the vast number of water matters considered by the Board. A dis-
cussion was had regarding the disposition of minutes. and Attorney Beige suggested
that the Board empower the General Manager to furnish minutes to Presidents or
Secretarys of each Water District. upon their request.

There being nothing further to come before the meeting. it was regularly adjourned
at 4:15 p,m.
