Carson, members of the Committee; <br />and Ray Killiap, adviser. <br /> <br />CHAIRMAN STONE: New Mexico, your appearances. <br /> <br />MR. ~ISSI Fred E. Wilson and John H. Ordinarily <br />Frank Merriel~ appears with us but I understand it was necessary for him to leave <br />this afternoon. <br /> <br />Mr. Vernon and myself are the members of the Committee. I <br />presence of the State Engineer, 'Mr. Linke, and 1~, Roskelley <br /> <br />Now, gentlemen, no agenda was prepared for this meeting. It has been a <br />considerable t~me since a meeting of the Committee was held. It was deemed ad- <br />visable to hoid a meeting at this time while the Upper Colorado River Commission <br />was in sessio~.
