The schedule and description of tasks displayed in <br /> <br /> <br />Figure 1 that would lead to the finalization of the Joint Study <br /> <br />was presented to the Coordinating Committee and adopted in March <br /> <br />1991. Reclamation and the Service committed to the fiscal year <br />(FY) 1991 work tasks with existing staff and funding.
