'Separate insurance provided by charter groups, <br />etc;., is permissible but must be in addition to r.egular insurance provided <br />by the river concessioner. ' <br /> <br />If rental boating equipment is used it must not have any ,company names <br />on the boats, gear. boxes,etc., other than the concessioner company <br />name that is running the trip. Exceptions would be th,e name of the <br />company that manufactured the equipment and the loan of equipment, <br />a mong Grand Canyon concessioners. <br /> <br />4. All employees must be regularly salaried or paid employees. Freelance <br />boatmen or boatmen for one or two trips may be used provide-d they are <br />paid in the regular fash.ion as all other boatmen for the trip. <br /> <br />In summary, it is clearly a sublet where a person or organization advertises, <br />organizes, books, and operates a trip' with his/her own equipment, personnel, <br />and insurance, all of wtlich is separate from the river concessioner company <br />and that company is, paid a fee for the, use of ,its user days. <br /> <br />I. Special types of <br />watercraft must be cleared through ihe Superintendent. <br /> <br />Capacities - Specific capacities have been set for each company and the <br />specific boats they operate. All capa.cities are for the total .number of <br />persons on any watercraft, crew included.
