Any intent <br />to sell a company must be discussed with the NPS in <br />advance of companv-to-company negotiations. In the <br />transferring or merging of companies, there is no <br />guarantee that all user days held by the company selling <br />its assets wi II be transferred. The N PS will not <br />recognize any monetary value for user days involved in <br />transfers or merge,s.
