There would 1ile no diver.sion during the momhs of <br />Deoember-March inclusive by the Denver-Fraser River systemJ <br />that only one half of the November flow would be divertable; <br />and that April diversions would be limited during years of <br />abnormal climatic conditions. <br />b. There would be no diversion by the Denver.Williams <br />River system duripg the months of November.,.March inclusive. <br />c. That Blue River demands on the Blue River at <br />Dillon would be (a) a live stream . below Dillon and (b) enough <br />by.,.pass to fill Green Mountain Reservoir once each year. <br />Also, it was considered that the water no.1 used from the Snake <br />River by the SUlIlIIIit Company Hydro Plant would be available <br />for diversion at Dillon. <br />d. That rights on the Fraser and Williams River ad. <br />verse to diversion would be acquired. <br />e. That sufficient storage capacity would be pro- <br />Vided so that there would be no spills of divertable water. <br />f. That neither Englewood nor Colorado Springs <br />would provide l:'6t)lacement storage. <br /> <br />B. Alternate Dam Site Data <br />The following estiJnates have been made from data hastily assembled <br />and are neeesaarily of a rough, preliminary nature. <br />
