Since the establishment of salinity <br />standards in 1975, the Forum has conducted three triennial <br /> <br />reviews: 1978, 1981, and 1984. <br /> <br />Since the last annual Advisory Council report was <br /> <br />submitted, the Advisory Council met on October 28, 1986, in <br /> <br />San Diego, California.
