<br />RESOLUTIOH <br /> <br />0') <br />,1 <br />~ <br />C\l <br />l.~~'-' <br />Co <br /> <br />WlffiREAS, the Board of Directors of Conejos Water <br />Conservancy District has oonsidered the plans of the <br />Bureau of Reclamation regarding the construction of t:,e <br />Conejos Division of the San Luis Valley Project hereto- <br />fore authorized by the Seoretary of the Interior and <br />described in House Document 693, 76th Congress, Third <br />Session, and the reco~endations of R. J. Tipton and <br />Associates, consulting engineers for the Board, in <br />regard thereto: liow therefore be it <br /> <br />RESOLVED, That the Eoard approves the recommonda- <br />tions of the Bureau and of its consulting encineers that <br />a single main stream reservoir on the Conejos river carulot <br />now be constructed at a cost which is economically justi- <br />fiable and that the development of_the water resources <br />of the Conejos river should proceQd by stages; and be <br />it further <br /> <br />RF:S,:LVi':D, That the Board favors the construotion <br />at the earliest possible date, as the first unit of the <br />Conejo.
