Meetings <br /> <br />Four meetings were held during the fiscal year on the days <br />preceding the meetings of the parent cOlDlllittee. In each <br />case a full day was consumed in workshop sessions intended <br />to prOlllOte an exchange of viewpoints and information, and <br />insofar as possible, articulate differences of policies and <br />philosophies of' the member agencies. At the 65-2 meeting <br />the Recreation Subcommittee participated in a specially pro- <br />gramed field trip to learn of the planning and administrative <br />problems involved with reservoirs constructed primarily for <br />recreation purposes. <br /> <br />2. study Problems Dispatched <br /> <br />At the first meeting of the fiscal year the Recreation Sub- <br />cOllllllittee had under consideration seven problems: <br /> <br />a.
