A change of land ownership <br />along Tarryall Creek recently occurred which affects a DOW lease <br />for public fishing access. An individual recently b;'ought <br />property from the City of Thornton. Tarryall Creek flows through <br />the property and the DOW had a lease agreement with Thornton for <br />fishing access. The regional manager has negotiated a lease with <br />the new owner continuing the previous lease for one year. The new <br />owner is willing, however, to grant a perpetual easement. The <br />temporary agreement will allow for time to negotiate a permanent <br />arrangement. The Commission approved of the regional manager's <br />actions. <br /> <br />Due to time limitations, the discussion of the Ft.
