<br />Exhibit C <br />Page 9 of 45 <br /> <br />Sheet 2 of 3 <br /> <br />GLEN CANYON STORAGE UNIT, UTAH-ARIZONA <br /> <br />The water surface elevation of lake Powell behind Glen Canyon D3.m <br />was at its highest point during FY 1968 of 3,547.0 at midnight on <br />JUne 30, 1968. This compared to the elevation on JUne 30, 1967 <br />of 3,529.15. <br /> <br />Work was underway at tha developed areas in the Glen Canyon Reser- <br />voir Recreation Area as follows: <br /> <br />In Arizona - <br /> <br />Wahweap: Facilities previously constructed include a boat ramp, <br />campground, picnic area and shelters, access and circulatory roads, <br />sewer and water systems. In addition an extensive landscaping <br />program has been completed. During the year an emergency water <br />system, a campground, administration building, and sanitation faci- <br />lities were added. <br /> <br />Lees Ferry: An access road was completed and funds provided for <br />additional sanitation and campground facilities. Already construc- <br />ted were bvat ramp, picnic areas, parking areas, water, and sanitary <br />facilities. <br /> <br />D3.m Site: A visitor center was previously completed. This year <br />exhibits and audiovisual facilities and furnishings for the visitor <br />center were completed. Funds have been provided for a sewage dis- <br />posal plant, sewer and water systems, and a car and boat trailer <br />parking area. <br /> <br />In Utah - <br /> <br />Rainbow Bridge: A floating marina has been constructed in the Aztec <br />Creek arm of lake Powell on the route to Rainbow Bridge National <br />M:>nument. The pover system is being expanded. <br /> <br />Bullfrog J3asin: Construction was completed previous to this year <br />on a boat ramp, campground, picnic area, water, sever, and electric <br />systems, access and circulatory roads. Funds have been provided for <br />a landing strip, surfacing of the circulatory roads and extension of <br />the water system. <br /> <br />Halls Crossing: Facilities previously provided are a boat ramp, camp- <br />ground, picnic area, sanitation facilities, and access road. Funds <br />have been provided for additional sanitary fac1li ties, water supply <br />system, walks and circulatory roads. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Rite: A temporary boat launching ramp has been prOvided. <br />
