The primary laboratory used for the Phase I baseline studies was Accu-Labs Research, Inc. (Accu-Labs), with Barringer Laboratory (Barringer) being used for analysis of QA/QC samples. Both Accu-Labs and Barringer are U.S. EPA-certified laboratories under the Safe Drinking Water Act. AUGUST 1994 - JULY 1995 STUDY RESULTS The first year of the Phase I baseline water quality data collection study included the period August 1994 - July 1995. The time frames when the monthly sampling took place during the first year of the Phase I baseline study are summarized in Table 3. It is also noted in Table 3 at which monthly samplings the quarterly stream channel sediment samples were obtained. The following sections summarize the data that have been collected during the first year of the Phase I baseline study, while the subsequent section, "Discussion of Study Results" , analyzes the data relative to nitrogen and phosphorus inputs along the upper Cherry Creek Basin reach, the inputs to Cherry Creek Reservoir and the source of these inputs, i.e. point vs. non-point.
