<br />"' <br /> <br />I ~-" """ ("I .. l) <br />._ ....~~.J <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-13- <br /> <br />Recreation Area in accordance with the Mineral Leasing Act of <br /> <br />2 1920, (41 Stat. 437; 30 U.S.c. 181 et seq.), or the <br /> <br />3 Acquired Lands Mineral Leasing Act (61 Stat. 913; 30 D.S.C. <br /> <br /> <br />4 351 et seq.) if he finds that such disposition would not have <br /> <br />5 significant adverse effects on the administration of the <br />6 Recreation Area. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />(2) RECEIPTS. <br /> <br />All receipts derived from permits and <br /> <br />8 leases issued on lands or interests in lands within the <br /> <br />9 Gunnison Gorge National Recreation Area under the Mineral <br /> <br />10 Leasing Act of 1920, or the Acquired Lands Mineral Leasing <br />11 Act, shall be disposed of as provided in the applicable Act. <br /> <br />12 Receipts from the disposition of nonleasable minerals within <br /> <br />13 the Recreation Area shall be disposed of in the same manner <br /> <br />14 as moneys received from the sale of public lands. <br /> <br />15 TITLE V -- LOWER GUNNISON WILD RIVER <br />16 SEC. 501.
