The Secretary, under such reasonable regulations as he <br /> <br />3 deems appropriate, may permit the removal of the nonleasable <br /> <br />4 minerals from lands or interest in lands within the Recreation <br /> <br />5 Area in the manner prescribed by section 10 of the Act of August <br /> <br />6 4, 1939, as amended (53 Stat. 1196; 43 U.S.C. 387), and he may <br /> <br />7 permit the removal of leasable minerals from lands or interests in <br /> <br />8 lands within the Recreation Area in accordance with the Mineral <br /> <br />9 Leasing Act of February 25, 1920, as amended (41 Stat. 437; 30 <br /> <br />10 U.S.C. 181 et seq.), or the Acquired Lands Mineral Leasing Act of <br /> <br />11 August 7, 1947 (61 Stat. 913; 30 U.S.C. 351 et seq.). if he finds <br /> <br />12 that such disposition would not have significant adverse effects <br /> <br />13 on the administration of the Recreation Area. <br /> <br />1 4 <br /> <br />(2) DISPOSITION OF RECEIPTS. -- <br /> <br />All receipts derived <br /> <br />15 from permits and leases issued on lands or interests in lands <br /> <br />16 within the Recreation Area under the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920, <br />17 or the Acquired Lands Mineral Leasing Act, shall be disposed of <br />18 as provided in the applicable Act. Receipts from the disposition <br /> <br />19 of nonleasable minerals within the Recreation Area shall be <br /> <br />20 disposed of in the same manner as moneys received from the sale of <br /> <br />21 public lands. <br /> <br />22 TITLE IV -- GUNNISON GORGE NATIONAL RECREATION AREA <br />23 SEC. 401.
