They also require the grant recipient to coordinate <br />its plan with overall comprehensive plans or other special purpose plans which <br />have been or are being prepared and with State or regional plans for similar purposes. <br />The actual work of coordination will be done by the planning agency receiving the <br />grant, but Farmers Home Administration personnel will make periodic reviews to <br />see that .it is being satisfactorily accomplished and to provide any assistance <br />needed. <br /> <br />The Farmers Home Administration may not approve a development grant for any <br />portion of the costs of an individual water or waste disposal project unless <br />the proposal is consistent with a comprehensive plan for the development of such <br />projects. <br /> <br />1-5 <br />
