DIBBLE: California also concurs, Mr. Chairman. <br /> <br />I think while commenting, though, we should pOint out that this <br /> <br />is a big step forward in trying to protect and improve the <br /> <br />quality of the Colorado River to have all the States and EPA <br /> <br />recognizing that we need a vastly accelerated salinity control <br /> <br />program, and personally I am glad to see the progress we have <br /> <br />made. <br /> <br />MR. ROZICH: Colorado concurs. <br /> <br />MR. WESTERGARD: Nevada concurs. <br /> <br />MR. WRIGHT: New Mexico concurs. <br /> <br />MR. THATCHER: Utah concurs. <br /> <br />MR.
