The track rounded <br />a cliff with the roadbed occupying a shelf blasted into the granite, <br />1,140 feet above Ivanhoe Creek. The Hagerman Pass Road now <br />occupies the old railroad bed. To the left and below the Hager- <br />man Pass Road is the Nast Tunnel access road extending to the <br />outlet portal of Cunningham Tunnel in the lower center of <br />th e photo. <br />
