The three <br />Lower Basin States and Utah have signed it. Please sign Attachment A agreeing <br />to your State's participation on the steering committee. Upon the complete <br />signing by each of your States, I will sign the Agreement and send a $12,000 <br />check to the Bureau of Reclamation. Please send this "overnight mail" from <br />one State to the other. I assume Colorado will be the last State to sign, so <br />please return the document to the Commission for our signature. <br /> <br />Please let me know when each of you have signed so that I can track the <br />progress of the report. <br /> <br />"~'.~.
