Water withdrawals have <br />the potential to adversely affect the stream ecosystem. With a seven cfs minimum <br />flow, adequate water supply would be available in all alternatives except <br />Alternative E. There would be short periods of time where the peak demands would <br />far exceed the projected weekly mean daily use. Some buffering and storage <br />capacity would be needed.
