This Report Amends the Reengrossed Bill.

To the President of the Senate and the
Speaker of the House of Representatives:

Your second conference .committee appointed on HB 91-1202,
concerning fees paid by persons and entities licensed,
authorized, or admitted to transact the business of Insurance
by the division of insurance, has met and reports that it has
agreed upon the following:

That .the Senate recede from its amendment made to the
bill, as said amendment appears in the rerevlsed bill, and
that the following amendment be substituted therefor:

Amend reengrossed bill, page 4, after line 21, insert the
following:

"(c) NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISIONS SET FORTH IN
PARAGRAPH (b) OF THIS SUBSECTION (1), THE FEE OF ANY ENTITY
