Evaluate the City's exposure to not meeting water
demands if the Colorado Big Thompson system experiences
a failure (e.g. canal wash-out, mudslide, vandalism,
flash flood destroys siphon over u.s. 34, etc.).

2. Determine how much additional: water storage capacity,
water rights, ditch company shares, C-BT Project water,
Windy Gap Project water, water conservation measures or
a combination of such alternatives would need to be
acquired, in addition to that anticipated to be
acquired as a result of normal growth, to protect
Loveland from a laO-year drought event at the year 2015
using a 3.5%/year growth rate.

446 North Garfield.
