An absolute water right is hereby decreed to the North Zapata Creek Pipeline for 12 c.f.s. from North Zapata Creek, Middle zapata Creek and \o'aters imported to North Zapata Creek from South Zapata Creek, for irrigation purposes, with an appropriation date of March 8, 1982, for diversion of up to 12 c.f.s.., of water native to the North Zapata Creek and Hiddle Zapata Creek drainages. The point. of diversion of t.he North Zapata Creek Pipeline is in the SW~SW~ of Section 33, T27S, R73W, of the 6th P.M., at II point on North Zapata Creek from which the Northeast corner of the SE~SE~ of Sect.ion 32. T27S, R73W, of the 6th P.I>!. (also known as th'e Northeast corner of Tract. e of the ZAPATA UNIT 1) bears North 37.44' 09" West II distance of 713. CO feet. 13. All claims for relief asserted by obJector Jocine Ryan in this proceeding are hereby dismissed. with prejudice. 14.
