They will ha\'e <br />overview and app roval responsibilities for the products res:.tlting <br />from each activity. The Regional Study Director should either <br />chair or be a member of this gl'OUP, <br /> <br />Group A -- The participants in this group a;-e water and related <br />land resource planning professionals either participating in or <br />knowledgeable of the problems identified in ongoing and complded <br />water and related land resource studies (Federal, State and local) <br />within the region. Also included in this group is at least one <br />representative of the Governor of each State within the region plus <br />selected representati ves of State and regional water agencies. <br /> <br />Finally, at least one representative from each major Federal water <br />department is included. <br /> <br />The Regional Study Director would chair this group. <br /> <br />Group B -- The participants in this group would include all of <br />those in Group A plus additional participants representing a wide, <br />but balanced, variety of interests and attitudes throughout the <br />entire region. The selection of additional participants would be <br />based upon the guidelines contained in Appendix B. <br /> <br />The Regional Study Director would chair this group. <br /> <br />Work Group -- The participants in this group will vary depending <br />upon the type of work required and the e""pertise available. <br />However, in general work groups should be selected from Group <br />A and be supplemented, as needed. by specific contractual <br />assistar_ce f,-om State and Federal agencies. <br /> <br />14 Level B Study Area Impacts -- These are subjective evaluations <br />by the Region"l Sponsor and reflect the si gnificance of the <br />aggregated effects of all problems within a Level B Study Area <br />on the Regio" (See Subactivity 16). <br /> <br />{; <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br />
