The participants in this sub-activity should inclllde all of <br />those who participated in Sub- activity One plus additional <br />participants as selected by the Regional Sponsor. <br /> <br />2. Because this sllb-activity is basiCally a review activity, the _par- <br />ticipants should represent a wide but balanced variety of <br />interests and attitudes throughout the entire region to insure <br />that no viewpoint within the region is overlooked. <br /> <br />3. From a practical point of view, the Council suggests that the <br />participants in this review process be the same as those who <br />reviewed the initial problem list in Activity One (Group B). <br /> <br />In conducting this Activity, the Study Director will be responsible for <br />communications with the participants, for providing them with the <br />necessary information along with explanatory material and far providing <br />them with a specific format for review responses.
