<br />~ <br />~ <br />C'": <br />C\J <br /> <br />c- <br /> <br />1 Operating Agent shall be returned to the United States in as <br /> <br />2 good condition as when received, damage not occasioned by the <br /> <br />3 fault of such Operating Agent and reasonable wear excepted. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />(b) In consideration of the termination of the <br /> <br />5 Lease, and as a condition to the execution of this contract by <br /> <br />6 the Operating Agents, it is hereby agreed that (except by mutual <br /> <br />7 consent or in accordance with the provisions for termination for <br /> <br />8 default contained in this Article 23) this contract shall not be <br /> <br />9 revocable or terminable, and that in court proceedings instituted <br /> <br />10 under Article 26(c), suits to restrain the tennination of this <br /> <br />11 contract, othenvise than as herein provided, or for other <br /> <br />12 appropriate equitable relief or remedies, may be naintained <br /> <br />13 against the Secretary, in accordance with the provisions of <br /> <br />14 Section 9 of the Adjustment Act. <br /> <br />15 <br />16 <br /> <br />Rules and Re",'ulations <br /> <br />24. This contract is subject to such rules and <br /> <br />17 regulations as have heretofore been promulgated by the Secretary <br /> <br />18 pursuant to the Project Act and to the Adjustment Act and as are <br /> <br />19 now in effect, and to such other rules and regulations conforming <br /> <br />20 to said acts as the Secretary may hereafter from time to time <br /> <br />21 promulgate; provided, however, that no right of either Operating <br /> <br />22 Agent, or of any allottee, shall be impaired, or oblisation of <br /> <br />23 either Operating Agent, or of any allottee, extended, by any such <br /> <br />24 rule or regulation hereafter promulgated, and that opportunity <br /> <br />25 for hearing shall be afforded both Operating Agents, and all other <br /> <br />35 <br />
