<br />~ <br />U':l <br />cr. <br />C'-' <br /> <br />1 and tllird, for pawer, eaCt'1 of the Operating Agents shall have <br /> <br />c <br /> <br />2 the right to operate its portion of the Boulder Power Plant in <br /> <br />3 such manner as to obtain the benefit of reasonable integrated <br /> <br />4 operation of s aid portion of said plant wi th its other sources <br /> <br />5 of ele ctrical energy; provided that other con tractors are not <br />6 detrimentally affected thereby. Except as in this Aji;Ii;ic1e 17 (m) <br />7 provided, operation of the Boulder Power Plant shall be as <br />8 provided in Article 18 (a) hereof. <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />(n) The Operating Agents shall have reasonable access <br /> <br />10 to, and use of, all facilitir,s under the control of the United <br /> <br />11 states, necessary or convenient for the ingress, egress and <br /> <br />12 transportation of men and materials in the performance of their <br /> <br />13 dutie s hereU11der. <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />(0) In the event the Secretarj' notifies an Operating <br /> <br />15 Agent that any employee of said Operating Agent employed at the <br /> <br />16 Project, and eng;?ged in operation, maintenance, or t.'1e making of <br /> <br />17 replacanerrts hereunder is unsatisfactory, and states in said <br /> <br />18 notice the cause of dissatisfaction, said Operating Agent shall <br /> <br />19 promptly remove such cause of dissatisfaction, to t.'1e satisfaction <br /> <br />20 of the Secretarj', by removal of such employee from the Project, <br /> <br />21 or otherwise. <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />(p) All of the obligations, responsibilities, rights <br /> <br />23 and dutie s of the Operating Agents under this contract shall be <br /> <br />24 several and not joint. <br /> <br />2~ <br />
