MR. STUTZ: Colonel, I just have a few

questions. I'm with the Disaster Services for the American

Red Cross for Yuma County.

PRESIDING OFFICER: What's your name, sir?

MR. STUTZ: My name is Larry Stutz. I'm

interested in knowing the notification of the depths that

we're going to have. How much time are we going to have

that you're going to dump water?

PRESIDING OFFICER: An outstanding question,

sir. I hope I can give you an outstanding answer. First

of all, maybe from the time we release the water, because

we'd be forecasting and so you would have some warning

before that. But let's just say we didn't get any more

warning than the time that we released the gate on Hoover

Dam. I think we'd looking at four (4) to five (5) days.

MR. STUTZ: All right, sir. After these

meetings here and you have a feedback or you have put the

information out to the public here, are there going to be

other meetings where the public will be able to give you

some input into how they feel. For instance, I as a disaster

worker for the Red Cross, I favor flood control alternatives

that would be one of the nine (9) that you would accept.

However, whichever one you do accept, are we going to be

informed on it and what we can expect from it?
