facts right down here. There's water going into Painted

Rock through Gillespie

PRESIDING OFFICER: Well that, sir, has

absolutely nothing to do with water. Gillespie doesn't

do much more than --

MR. HELLON: I just went over it yesterday.

PRESIDING OFFICER: It's kind of a nice lookin

little thing. It looks like a waterfall. The level of

Painted Rock did have an all time record in storage which

was one point six (1.6) million acre-feet. We caught

maximum inflows of about a hundred and twenty-eight thousand

-

cubic-feet-per-second (128,000 cfs). The maximum we released

and are releasing is three thousand one hundred and fifty

cubic-feet-per-second (3,150 cfs). We don't intend to

change that release between now and the time that the darn is'

empty and we anticipate that the darn will be empty or

virtually empty by the end of December of this year. If we

have a nice, slow rain in the hills we'll all venture off.
