Committee members will be selected on the basis of their knowledge <br />of at least one socia-economic impact arena, plus their access- <br />ability to programs, personnel and funding. <br /> <br />2. The first four objectives will be carried out primarily by cOffiillittee <br />resource persons, at the direction of the committee. <br /> <br />3. Members can expect to be brifed on energy development at regular <br />intervals. <br /> <br />4. Strictly speaking, objective #1 is not unique to this work team. <br />Brief summaries prepared in this area will be useful to other <br />work teams of the Energy Policy Council as well. <br /> <br />5. The list of objectives is not rigidly linear: that is, work can <br />begin in several areas at once. Also, the process indicated by <br />the list is iterative. After an initial attempt is made to reach <br />each objective, refinements and modifications will be added. <br /> <br />2308 <br />
