Williams, Director <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RE: <br /> <br />JUDGE CLIFFORD H. STON~ <br /> <br />v1HEREAS, Divine Providence has called from our midst the Honorable <br />Judge Clifford H. Stone, Director of the Colorado 4ater Conservation <br />Board, who has served the State' of Colorado in that capacity <br />for the past fifteen years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the brilliant efforts of Judge Stone in promoting the conserva- <br />tion and develap'nent of the water resources of our State have <br />resulted in great contributions to the advancement of the State; and <br /> <br />VIHEREAS, his excel13nt knowledge of .Tater matters and his intelligent <br />and untiring efforts, above and beyond the call of duty, made Judge <br />stone an outstanding authority on the water resources of Colorado, <br />the West, and the Nation as a whole; and <br /> <br />VIHRREAS, Judge stone, through his reports and contributions to the <br />Colorado Year Book, and vuae advice and timely suggestions had <br />became well-kno.m ~ and deeply respected by members of the State <br />Planning Commission; now, therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that Members of the Colorado State Planning Commission <br />express deep regret for the untimely death of this fine personality, <br />highly efficient public servant, and revered and respected co-worker, <br />who, in every sense of the word, gave his life for the welfare <br />of Colorado and her people; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the State Planning Commission extend to <br />Mrs, Clifford H. Stone and family deepest sympathy in their great <br />loss and that a copy of this resolution be transmitted to ita's. <br />Stone; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be made a part of <br />the Minutes of this Commission and that a copy also be sent to <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />APPROVED by the Ste:"e Planning Commission at a regular Ire eting held in <br />Golden, Colorado October 24, 1952. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />/s/ W.
