<br />of the Interior designated John Leshy, Associate Solicitor for Energy and

<br />Resources, to chair this Task Force and, along with the Special Assistant

<br />to the Associate Solicitor for Energy and Resources Gary Fisher, to coordinate
<br />
<br />Task Force efforts. Each of the agencies was represented on the Task Force
<br />by individuals with legal and technical backgrounds in this area. While many
<br />
<br />people were involved in Task Force deliberations, the following individuals

<br />devoted considerable time and effort to developing the principles and standards
<br />
<br />to implement the President's water policy on federal non-Indian reserved water
<br />
<br />rights, ana preparing this report:
