STIPULATIONS, AGREEMENTS, AND DECREES <br /> <br />A. June 23, 1962. Case No. 1278 (Moffat County District Court). Stipulation <br />between CRWCD and Myers, et al. In this Stipulation, CRWCD subordinated <br />its 1954 Juniper Project to all decrees entered in Civil Action No. 1278. <br /> <br />B. April 12, 1965. Agreement between Colorado-Ute Electric Association, Inc. and <br />CRWCD. Agreement clarifies and imposes terms and conditions upon Colorado- <br />Ute's use of the 5,000 acre-feet of water decreed to Juniper Reservoir which was <br />conveyed by the River District to Colorado-Ute by Quit Claim Deed dated <br />February 23, 1965. <br /> <br />C. October 18, 1972. Agreement between CRWCD and Woodmoor Corporation. <br />CRWCD conveys to Woodmoor the Bear Reservoir water right for 11,614.2 acre- <br />feet; Woodmoor agrees to seek an enlargement and construct Bear Reservoir to <br />a total capacity of approximately 30,000 acre-feet with 4,000 acre-feet to be made <br />available to the Upper Yampa Water Conservancy District. <br /> <br />D. January 15, 1974. Agreement between Colorado-Ute Electric Association, Inc. <br />and CRWCD. CRWCD agreed to convey 14,000 acre-feet of water from the <br />1954 Juniper Reservoir conditional water right which can only be exercised when <br />there is not sufficient water to store 14,000 acre-feet of water by Colorado-Ute <br />in Elk Creek Reservoir and other reservoirs to be constructed to provide water <br />for the "Yampa Project." <br /> <br />E. March 21, 1974. Civil Action No. 2110 (Moffat County District Court). <br />Stipulation between Four Counties Water Users Association (petitioner) and <br />CRWCD (respondent). CRWCD agreed that it would not place a call with its <br />1954 Juniper Project water rights on water rights owned by Four Counties Water <br />Users Association, subject to certain terms and conditions. <br /> <br />F. May 19, 1978. Case No. W-109l-76 (Water Division No.5). Application for <br />water rights of Colorado-Ute Electric Association (CRWCD objector). Decree <br />for its change of water rights for numerous direct flow and storage rights. <br />CRWCD approved decree. CRWCD and Colorado-Ute Electric Association also <br />entered into a Stipulation dated May 15, 1978, which continued in full force and <br />effect the Stipulation dated March 21, 1974. <br /> <br />G.
