<br />02{lO <br /> <br />Summary and Conclusions of Relevant ExPerience <br /> <br />The single most important factor for the CWCB to consider in the successful completion of this <br />study is the capabilities of the professionals engaged to do the work. The word 'capabilities' <br />encompasses many attributes: knowledge, skills, training, organization, management, creative thinking, <br />sensitivity to the task at hand, and ability to meet the client's needs. Our project team possesses the <br />required capabilities because: <br /> <br />. Task leaders cany advanced degrees in their fields and years of research experience <br />and practical project experience. <br /> <br />. Over one-half of the project team was raised in or currently works in the Arkansas <br />River Valley. All team members have prior project experience in the valley. <br /> <br />. The entire team maintains a high degree of interest in this study, which is an effort of <br />major importance in the evolution of Colorado's water resource management. <br /> <br />. Each team member is committed to remain available during the period of the study, <br />giving the study his fullest personal attention. <br /> <br />29 <br />
