<br />The civic parties oppose the application
<br />and we believe that under all the circum.
<br />stances it Is appropriate to consider on

<br />raised by Allegheny's application.
<br />Accordingly, it is ordered, That:

<br />By tariff revisions marked to become
<br />effective April 29, 1973,1 Frontier Air-
<br />lines, Inc. (Frontier) proposes to cancel
<br />its military standby fares in all of its
<br />noncompetitive markets. Mllitary stand-
<br />by fares will be retained by Frontier in
<br />competitive markets and military reser~
<br />vation fares (which reflect a 33%.per-
<br />cent discount), will continue to be avail-
<br />able throughout Frontier's system.
<br />The Secretary of the Army has filed a
<br />complaint on behalf of the U.S. Depart-
<br />ment. of Defense (DOD) requesting its
<br />suspension and investiga.tion. The com.
<br />plaint alleges that the proposed ca.ncel-
