The escrow account is held by <br />the Colorado Water and Power Development <br />Authority. Interest from the account will be <br />paid to the Bureau of Reclamation until it <br />reaches $42.4 million, and thereafter no <br />further monies need be paid to Bureau of <br />Reclamation. A fully executed escrow <br />agreement is in place but no funds have been <br />expended. Total expenditures are not to <br />exceed 20 per cent of each year I s acquired <br />construction costs during Phase 1. <br /> <br />2. $5.6 million from the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board Construction Fund. ThiE: <br />was authorized in April, 1989 in S.B. 142 and <br />a contract has subsequently been executed with <br />Reclamation. $300,000 of this money has been <br />paid to the Bureau of Reclamation. <br /> <br />3. Passage of S.B. 142 in April, 1989 was the <br />last piece of cost sharing that the state was <br />required to provide under the June 30, 1986 <br />cost sharing agreement. <br /> <br />F. Ute Mountain Ute Tribe and Southern ute Indian <br />Tribe.
