Current financial statements and <br />other da~ required to make these determinations shall be made available <br />to the survey team. <br /> <br />C.7 Award Determination <br /> <br />Proposal" will be evaluated to determine those offers that are within the <br />competitive range, considering technical and other factors stated in the <br />solicitation.
