<br />18 <br /> <br />VI I. ARRANGEMENTS FOR COORDINATION <br /> <br />The USDA study will be under the direction of a coordinating committee <br />established specifically for this study with M. D. Burdick, SCS State <br />Conservationist as Chairman and representatives of the fol lowing agencies: <br />Agricultural Research Service, Colorado State University, Colorado water <br />Conservation Board, the Bureau of Reclamation, the Bureau of Land <br />Management, and two members of the Uncompahgre Valley Water Users <br />Association and other water user group representatives. <br /> <br />The coordinating committee will be responsible for execution of the <br />study elements and coordination with other ongoing efforts. It will be <br />responsible for the conclusions and recommendations resulting from the <br />study and for full discussion with the farmers, local organizations and <br />other publ ic or private groups with an interest in sal inity control for <br />the Upper Colorado River Basin. <br /> <br />003067 <br />
