Yampa River and the tributaries thereof.

POINT OF DIVERSION: The points of diversion will be
located at yet indeterminate locations, one on the
East bank of the Elk River, a tributary of the
Yampa River, located in Sections 6 or 7, Township
6 North, Range 85 West of the 6th P.M,. and the
other, will be located on the North bank of the
Yampa River, in Sections 8 or 9, Township 6 North,
Range 85 West of the 6th P.M., all in Routt County,
Colorado.

PURPOSE: Industrial, domestic, irrigation and recrea-
tional uses. including, but not by way of limita-
tion, the following:

(~) Tne manufacture of electric energy by any
means; and

(b)

The treatment of coal and by-prOducts thereof.
