It would also produce additional benefits as noted <br />below. <br /> <br />Additional Benefits <br /> <br />The minImum flow mentIoned In RecommendatIon No.2 probably can <br />be met most of the time as a result of normal project operation. <br />If, In addition, publIc access for flshln9 can be obtained along <br />5.S mIles of the South Platte RIver just below Narrows ReservoIr <br />Dam, as Indicated In Recommendation No.3. It Is estimated that <br />an additional annual gain of 4,000 man-days of wanmwater sport <br />fIshing for a benefit of $6,000 would be realized. <br /> <br />The rehabIlitation of Jackson Reservoir Dam and stabIlization of <br />Jackson Reservoir, as Indicated In Recommendation No.4, would <br />prOduce additional fish and wildlife benefits In the amount of <br />$15,000 annually. <br /> <br />The establishment, development, and operation of the state wild- <br />life management area Indicated In Recommendation No. S would <br />produce additIonal wildlIfe benefIts In the amount of $73,600 <br />annua 11 y. <br /> <br />AdditIonal benefIts which may result from adopting Recommendation <br />No.6 can be assessed after the nature of the zoning has been <br />dete rm I ned. <br /> <br />Table 3, AddItional Benefits, summarizes the additional benefits <br />expected to result from Incorporating the recommendations Into the <br />project plan. They total an estimated $94,600 annually. <br />
