In the White River <br /> <br /> <br />downstream from Meeker, the potential for this activity <br /> <br /> <br />remains good in most years, although it becomes only fair <br /> <br /> <br />in dry years. Potential in the Colorado River reach <br /> <br /> <br />between Rifle and the Gunnison River ranges from fair to <br /> <br />poor. <br /> <br />3.
