Eastdale Reservoir <br /> <br />No, 2 is inoperative due to its inability to hold water, A stop order probaL: <br /> <br />will be plaoed on Costilla Reservoir, preventing storage to its full oapaoity <br /> <br />due to the oondition of the dam.
