Historic summer diversions to the project lands be regulated <br /> <br /> <br />in Trinidad Reservoir; provided that future stream flow records dis- <br /> <br /> <br />close that such summer regulation would not result in material deple- <br /> <br /> <br />tion of the flow now available to the John Martin Reservoir, or <br /> <br /> <br />suitable compensation by replacement be made to the water users <br /> <br /> <br />served by the John Martin Reservoir under the terms of the Arkansas <br /> <br /> <br />River Compact. <br /> <br /> <br />e. All flood flows originating above the Trinidad damsite other <br /> <br /> <br />than those specified in condition b, be stored in Trinidad Reservoir <br /> <br /> <br />provided that suitable replacement is made to the extent that such <br /> <br /> <br />storage would materially deplete the flows into the John Martin <br /> <br /> <br />Reservoir. <br /> <br /> <br />30. Operation of the irrigation capacity in the 'Trinidad Reservoir <br /> <br /> <br />in accordance with the above conditions would require the complete coop- <br /> <br /> <br />eration of all water users in the projeot area, and the negotiations of <br /> <br /> <br />suitable agreements and contracts to permit an equitable distribution of <br />
