COLORADO <br /> <br />Administrators of public grazing lands say that the lands are cur- <br />rently being overgrazed a!ld that a reduction in grazing privileges is <br />likely in the future. The ranchers are aware of this situation and are <br />anxious to have the Parshall project developed as a means of producing <br />more livestock feed to offset any loss of grazing rights. <br /> <br />Irrigation benefits that would result from the Parshall project <br />and the repayment capacity of the farmers have not been estimated for <br />this status report. <br /> <br />22 <br />
