4 of not unnecessarily removing farmland from production while
5 still pursuing the necessary and laudable goal of the
6 reduction of salinity in the H1gh1ine Canal and in the
7 Colorado River.

9 Be It Further Resolved, That copies of this resolution be
10 sent to: the Denver Regional office of the Bureau of
11 Reclamation; the National Headquarters office of the Bureau of
12 Reclamation in Washington,' D.C.; the Palisade, Colorado
13 Chamber of Commerce; the county commissioners for Mesa county;
14 and to the members of the Colorado Congressional delegation in
15 Washington, D.C.
