<br />000248 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />In such cases, the grantee shall inform the grantor agency as <br />soon as the following types of conditions become known: <br /> <br />a. Problems, delays, or adverse conditions which will mate- <br />rially affect the ability to attain program objectives, prevent <br />the mee~ing'of time schedules and goals, or preclude the attain- <br />ment of project work units by established time periods. This <br />disclosure shall be accompanied by a statement of the action <br />taken, or contemplated, and any Federal assistance needed to <br />resolve the situation. <br /> <br />b. Pavorable developments or events which enable meeting <br />time schedules and goals sooner than anticipated or producing <br />more work units than originally projected. <br /> <br />6. If any performance review conducted by the grantee discloses <br />the need for change in the budget estimates in accordance with <br />the criteria established in Attachment K to this Circular, the <br />grantee shall submit a request for budget revision. <br /> <br />7. The grantor agency shall make site visits as frequently as <br />practicable to: <br /> <br />a. Review program accomplishments and management control <br />systems. <br /> <br />b.
