<br />00023f <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />5. When the grantor agencies need additional information in <br />using these forms. the following shall be observed: <br /> <br />a. When necessary to comply with legislative requirements. <br />grantor agencies shall issue instructions to require grantees to <br />submit such information under the Remarks section of the reports. <br /> <br />b. When necessary to meet specific program needs. grantor <br />agencies shall submit the proposed reporting requirements to the <br />Office of Management and Budget for approval under the exception <br />provision of this Circular. <br /> <br />c. The grantor agency. in obtaining information as in para- <br />graphs a and b above. must also comply with report clearance re- <br />quirements of the Office of Management and Budget Circular No. A- <br />40. as revised. <br /> <br />6. Federal grantor agencies are authorized to reproduce these <br />forms. The forms for reproduction purposes can be obtained from <br />the Office of Management and Budget and are available both in <br />letter size and legal size; the larger size provides more space <br />where large dollar amounts are involved. ~- <br /> <br />(No. A-l02) <br />
