By creating a fishing cove, expanded fishing activ- <br />ities could take place here. By creating an urban campground. <br />youth could have an in-city outdoors experience. <br /> <br />location: The park is located on the west side of the River, just <br />south of Alameda Avenue. <br /> <br />Another parcel of land that could be restored is located <br />between the railroad on the south, 1-70 on the north, and <br />the river on the west.
