The City of <br />Englewood agrees to a similar limitation on its rights of diversion <br />under the provisions of this Stipulation. <br /> <br />"11. It is stipulated and agTeed by and between the parties <br />to this Stipulation that the Secretary of the Interior shall promptly <br />present to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Vice <br />President for transmittal to the proper Committees copies of this <br />Stipulation, informing them of the course that has been adopted in <br />regard to the subject matter of this Stipulation. If no Committee <br />of the Congress has reported Q. bill disapproving this Stip\1.1ation <br />and Pinal Decree entered thereon within 120 days from the date the <br />84th Congress, Second Session convenes, or if such a bill in any <br />event is not passed and approved during said Congre8s, the agree- <br />ments contained herein shall become binding and of full force and <br />effect as among the parties. <br /> <br />"12.
